Shipping

• Prices of our items do not include the shipping fee.
• Shipping fees vary depending on your address. This is then added to the total amount upon checkout.
• You may track your shipping with the tracking number to be provided once your transaction has been verified.
• We are not liable for any delay, loss, or damage incurred while the item is in transit. 

Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policy

• Cancellation of orders are subject for approval. We have the right to refuse cancellation.
• We have the right to revoke purchases if deposit/payment is not made within three days.
• Strictly no refunds. 
• Exchange of product is subject to our approval, and must be done within the week of purchase to be valid. 
• Sale items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Others

• Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined, and can only be used once per customer.
• Our products have no approved therapeutic claims.
